Refund and Return Policy for Snuftopin

At Snuftopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand your rights and the process for returns and refunds.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most of our artwork within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the artwork must meet the following conditions:
- The artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- The artwork must be returned in its original packaging to ensure its safe return.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the artwork to initiate the return or exchange.
Please note that custom commissions and personalized artwork are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the order.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at info@snuftopin.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the artwork in question, and a brief explanation of your return request.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send the artwork back to us.
- Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned artwork and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Request a Refund:
- Follow the same procedure as outlined in the “Returns and Exchanges” section.
- After the returned artwork is verified, we will issue a full refund to your payment method within the specified timeframe.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective artwork, please contact us immediately at info@snuftopin.com with the following details:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective artwork and packaging
- Your order number
We will provide you with a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized artwork commissions.
- Artwork that has been damaged due to customer negligence or mishandling.
- Sale items or clearance products (unless defective).
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you decide to return the item for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
